🎁 Mystery Boxes & Fairness

Can I return a mystery box if I don’t like what I received?

No. Because mystery boxes are a blind product, all mystery box sales are final once opened. This includes situations where the contents are not to your personal preference or you hoped for different pulls.

This is standard for mystery and blind-box products.

Are the packs resealed or weighed?

No.
All booster packs included in Card & Loot boxes are factory sealed. We do not weigh, search, or reseal packs — ever.

Are the cards real?

Yes.
All cards and products sold by Card & Loot are 100% authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game products.

No fakes. No replicas. No unofficial items.

Do you guarantee specific cards or pull values?

We guarantee what is listed in the product description, such as:

• Number of packs
• Guaranteed premium packs (where stated)
• Guaranteed card types (EX, full art, etc.)

We do not guarantee specific Pokémon, artworks, or monetary pull value.

What does “no duplicates” mean?

“No duplicates” applies to bulk card inclusions only.
It means you won’t receive duplicate cards within the bulk portion of a single box.

Duplicates may still occur across:

• Booster pack pulls
• Multiple separate orders

Are mystery boxes safe for kids?

Yes.

• Bronze boxes are designed to be kid-friendly
• No gambling mechanics
• No hidden odds
• Clear pricing
• Physical products only

Parents always know exactly what they’re buying.

Is this gambling?

No.

You are purchasing physical Pokémon products, not a chance-based digital reward.

• You always receive real items
• You always receive sealed packs
• There are no “lose everything” outcomes

📦 Orders, Shipping & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Missing items
• Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and contents

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been packed, we may be able to cancel it.

Once a mystery box has been packed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Do you accept returns on sealed products?

For non-mystery items (such as sealed booster packs or ETBs), returns may be accepted only if the item is unopened and you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Mystery boxes are excluded from this.
