🇬🇧 Shipping Location

All orders are packed and shipped from the United Kingdom.

⏱ Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Loot boxes and collectible items are hand-packed, which may occasionally add a short delay during busy periods.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We primarily use Royal Mail for all UK shipping. Other reputable carriers may be used if necessary to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK Standard Tracked: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express Tracked (if available): 1–2 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.

📍 Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
  • Card & Loot is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

📦 Packaging

All orders, including loot boxes and sealed collectible items (Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, LEGO, and similar), are carefully packed to prevent damage.

  • We use recycled and reused packaging materials wherever possible.
  • Loot boxes are shipped in discreet outer packaging, with themed inner packaging depending on tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging may occur during transit but do not affect the contents or seals.

❗ Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Quiet Yard Ltd trading as Card & Loot is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may contact you to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping is not available.

🎴 Collectible Products Disclaimer

All collectible products (including Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, LEGO, and similar items) are:

  • 100% authentic
  • Factory sealed where stated
  • Carefully packed to prevent damage

Card & Loot is not responsible for loss or damage once the package has been collected by the carrier.

Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos if applicable. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

💳 Disputes, Chargebacks & Payment Provider Claims

By completing a purchase with Card & Loot, you acknowledge that:

  • Collectible products are carefully packed sealed items
  • Loot boxes and opened/unsealed products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Dissatisfaction with contents, pull results, or perceived value does not qualify for a refund

If a dispute or chargeback is raised with PayPal, Shopify, a card issuer, or another payment provider, this policy may be submitted as evidence that:

  • The shipping and collectible nature of items were clearly disclosed prior to purchase
  • The item supplied matched the product description
  • The claim does not relate to a fault, damage, or misdescription
